Don't let this happen to you!

We here at Sugarland always advise brides to be very catious in dealing with home based bakeries. There aren't any standards and most aren't professionally trained. Worse yet, most are small, one person operations, so if your baker has an accident or just decides that baking " isn't their thing", you could end up with no wedding cake. WRAL in Raleigh provides this cautioary tale.
